    TDI is seeking an Enterprise Program Guidance & Policy Manager to ensure enterprise program guidance and policies are current and assist in complying with all known requirements. 

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provide expert analysis of new Federal guidance to security environment including documentation
    • Review and analyze NIST 800-53 Rev 5 and identify changes from Rev 4 to Rev 5
    • Provide recommendations to optimize the content, usability, and accessibility of policy and procedure related security policy and procedure documentation
    • Draft updates to customer’s policies and procedures to reflect NIST 800-53 Rev 5
    • Conduct reviews on the draft updates with government and contractor points of contact (POC) and Subject Matter Experts (SME)
    • Perform annual reviews and recommend improvements to customer’s procedures with inputs from POCs and SMEs
    • Annually electronically survey the security personnel to determine the effectiveness of information security policies, procedures, practices, and security controls to be performed
    • Analyze survey responses and develop a report of findings, metrics, and recommendations
    • Include summary of efforts for the policies, procedures, and guidance analyzed as well as metrics as part of the monthly program reviews
    • Provide subject matter expertise in tracing and analyzing relevant, newly passed OMB, NIST, and customer requirements

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or related discipline. Equivalent experience can be used in lieu of education
    • Minimum five (5) years IT security work experience
    • CISSP, CISA or CISM certification preferred
