    TDI is seeking a talented Cybersecurity SME with a demonstrated track record of consulting and quality delivery with a passion for data analytics and process improvement.  This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a team player who wants to have immediate client impact and advance the development of an emerging cybersecurity product. The prospective candidate will work within TDI’s Solutions Division in support of a healthcare CISO on-site in Silver Spring, MD.


    A successful Cybersecurity Program Analyst will be expected to:

    • Coordinate and actively participate in cybersecurity meetings with various stakeholders where the CISO’s office serves as the SME, representing the CISO and TDI
    • Work with external security teams to ensure security metrics are captured and drive real improvements to security services
    • Serve as the front-line SME for gathering customer-centric use cases and define requirements for analysis and integration to TDI’s cybersecurity product
    • Work directly with the TDI solutions team and actively participate in the development of user story creation and sprint planning to improve the security product by incorporating feedback from Children’s
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of product user documentation to ensure ease of use by end user
    • Help to develop industry-advancing benchmarks and metrics for cybersecurity performance improvement.  Work with TDI scientists to further develop and integrate into data analytics component of TDI’s solution
    • Create and update local cybersecurity policies and artifacts that align to NIST and HIPAA regulations


    • Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering (or analytical degree) from an accredited college/university
    • Minimum five (5) years cybersecurity consulting and delivery experience around cybersecurity program support, metrics, and reporting 
    • Minimum five (5) years’ experience using NIST Special Publication controls and frameworks 
    • Minimum one (1) year experience working with an agile development team 
    • Demonstrated ability of strong analysis and problem-solving skills 
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral 
    • Enthusiastic, independent, self-starter with a passion for growing skills, tackling interesting work and challenging problems 
    • Proven track record of removing obstacles
