    Tetrad Digital Integrity LLC (TDI) is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator.  Reporting to the Executive Vice President, you will assist with the management of all company contracts, and ensure compliance with and adherence to all applicable regulations (primarily Federal, but some commercial). 


    The primary duties include creating/reviewing/revising/negotiating/updating terms and conditions for written agreements with partner companies/individuals, clients, and vendors (including non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, subcontracts, modifications, purchase orders, master service agreements, and task orders); independently researching contract clauses/requirements to assist in preparing negotiation positions; reviewing and analyzing Request for Proposal solicitations to identifying all applicable compliance matters specific to contracting requirements, assisting Service Delivery/HR with any necessary internal company policies to comply with such contractual obligations, and reviewing contract award and modification documents (flow-downs, terms and conditions, and certifications and representations); responding to client/partner requests for contract related information and data; communicating with government and partner contract specialists, both domestic and international; maintaining an organized system of all contracts in Sharepoint and keeping track of important contract data-points necessary for federal reporting.


    • Lead contract negotiations
    • Work with the Business Development, Finance, and Proposal Managers in the proposal process.
      • Review and analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs) documentation and RFP responses, including solicitations, Statements Of Work (SOWs), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), proposal preparation instructions, proposal evaluation criteria, and award fee plans.
    • Responsible for performing the full life cycle of Contract/Subcontract administration functions.
      • Issue all outgoing contractual documents and review/negotiate/approve all incoming contractual documents. Maintain oversight/accountability for all.
      • Non-Disclosure and Teaming Agreement management (i.e., drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing) with partner firms/individuals/clients
      • Develop, review, edit, negotiate, analyze, and provide input into the preparation of delivery/processing of Subcontract Agreements (SCAs), Task Orders, Purchase Orders, Representations & Certifications, organizational conflict of interest plans (OCIs), ICAs, ATC/Os, Service Agreements, and other contract documents as necessary
      • Developing contract briefs to track important internal data-points
      • Provide guidance on best practices in contract management processes.
      • Track prime contract funding status and issue customer notifications when funding is low
      • Issue subcontractor funding and track subcontractor expenses to identify funding needs for future billing, and subcontractor burn rate
      • Conduct negotiations in support of changes to the contract and the SOW
      • Perform close–out administration of contracts and related subcontracts, including compliance evaluation, modification processing, routing of contractual documents and maintenance of contract files
      • Promptly handle any approvals, extensions, modifications, key personnel notifications, and other contractual obligations
      • Handle any requests for contractual reviews from our London, UK office (Service Agreements, Reseller Agreements, ICA’s
      • Review Human Resource and IT-related contracts documents as needed/requested
    • Identify areas of contract risk, develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies, work with management to develop solutions, and ensure contract compliance.
    • Coordinate with program managers on financial and administrative matters that impact contracts.
    • Periodically update TDI’s SAM government database entry
    • Oversee our GSA Schedule, and determine whether new GSA schedule requirements are applicable (and take action in modifying subcontracts or notifying Service Delivery/Executives if they are).


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related discipline from an accredited educational institution
    • Minimum five (5) years of US Government contracts management, performing cradle to grave contract administration duties
    • Knowledge of and experience working with a variety of contract types including FFP, FP-LOE, CPFF, IDIQ, BPA, and T&M
    • Knowledge of the principles, concepts, and practices of FAR and DFARS and enforcement of contract terms and conditions
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, in a cyclical potentially fast paced environment, as well as working well in both team/collaborative environments
    • Strives in a multi-tasking environment, must be able to handle multiple activities, contracts and customers simultaneously. Ability to prioritize workload using good judgment.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills as well as attention to detail are essential
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), particularly MS Excel and MS Word. 

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Juris Doctorate degree
    • Legal experience
    • Certificates in contract management such as -DAWIA Contracting, National Contract Management Association (NCMA), or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) Certification
    • Active Security clearance, or Security clearance eligible
